Free Virtual Care Co-ordinator Conference

The North West London Training Hub have been working with the provider Peak Health Coaching to provide training for the 3 Personalised Care roles. 

They have reached out to offer those who are in Care Coordinator roles the opportunity to attend this free half day conference on the role.
