Join this training to build your care navigator’s confidence in understanding their role and to help build the communication skills needed as a care navigator. The training will explore areas such as how care navigators can support patients be active partners in their own care. Please note: Care navigation training will help your team with soft skills, understanding of their role and be able to have the right conversations with patients. But, if you’ve not already mapped out the pathways to support your care navigators, they will not be able to do their role effectively. We’re planning one final date for the care navigation pathway mapping session, information will be sent via your local training hubs soon.
