The Hammersmith and Fulham Training Hub is committed to empowering primary care professionals with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to deliver outstanding patient care and advance their careers.

Across the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, 28 GP practices serve approximately 345,160 patients. The Training Hub plays a central role in supporting all of these practices and strengthening the local primary care workforce.

As a forward-thinking and collaborative organisation, we offer a wide range of education, training, and workforce development programmes tailored to the evolving needs of our community. Our work is aligned with both national and local priorities, and through strong partnerships, we continue to support the growth and sustainability of primary care across the borough.
