Non-Clinical Fellowship Examples

North West London Training Hub are currently looking to appoint non-clinical fellowships across NWL primary care. Your projects do not need to be finalised in order to submit an expression of interest via the application form however it can be helpful to have some idea of the project or area you wish to focus on. Here are some examples of what fellowships projects might be suitable;

  • Neighbourhood team developments such as improving collaboration between practices, community services and the voluntary sector
  • Access and equity such as tackling barriers faced by specific local communities or reducing health inequalities at neighbourhood level
  • Population health management such as prevention and early intervention programmes
  • Digital transformation such as digital tools that can support integrated working
  • Care coordination and patient navigation such as streamlining pathways across organisations
  • Long-term conditions and prevention such as neighbourhood approaches to cardiovascular disease, diabetes or frailty
  • Innovation and improvement such as testing new neighbourhood-based models of care

This is certainly not an exhaustive list and if you have an idea for a project please do apply/express your interest, you will have time to refine the project once the application is submitted.
