The Hammersmith & Fulham Training Hub is responsible for the Approval Process of the Primary Care Learning Environments, GP & Multi Professional Educators in our borough.

As part of our ongoing Quality Assurance in partnership with our deanery, we deliver this annual multi professional educator forum.

The forum forms a quality review processes through feedback from learners, educators, and other sources.

It will offer support from a wide range of clinical educator leaders, including Training Hub clinical leads, general practice education facilitators, clinical education specialists, workforce development leads, and learning environment leads and facilitators

It is important for your regular contact with the Training Hub teams and as an opportunity to share best practices with other learning environments in your area.

The annual symposium is an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative models of education and training. We hope to see you there.

Attendance: Approved Educators & Staff Representation from each approved Practice/PCN Learning Environment in Hammersmith & Fulham is requested in order to meet the criteria of your role as an educator within a multi professional learning environment.

The event is also open to anyone else who is involved in education or supervision within primary care inc. Practice & PCN managers.

Latecomers are welcome to join the event at any time if registered. We appreciate you may be arriving late from clinics and other commitments to make this event.
