WINGS II is a mentoring programme for newly qualified GPs working in North West

London practices as a GP under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)

What’s Included?

• Twice monthly 1:1 support sessions over 6 months
• Dedicated support from experienced GPs / GP trainers
• Space for reflection, confidence building and wellbeing support
• Guidance navigating the transition into independent GP practice

Eligibility :

-Be currently working within a North West London GP

-Peer and professional support within North West London Primary Care

-Be within 12 months of qualifying as a GP
