Leading Through Change

This one-day in-person training is targeted at leaders who already have their change planned, please do not sign up to this session if this is not the case.  It will explore some key concepts that will support you in leading change and understanding the environment for change to support the best chance of introducing the change successfully.  Some of the sessions will be targeted at specific cohorts, to support bringing colleagues together who are implementing similar changes.  While the development is generic, by connecting leaders with common aspirations, e.g. implementing digital tools, the aim is to organically connect peers across NWL to connect and share learning beyond the session.
