Celebrating 35 Years of NHS Dedication: A Milestone in Primary Care – thank you Nita Jani 

Reaching a remarkable milestone in the NHS is a testament to an extraordinary career rooted in commitment, adaptability, and care. We are deeply privileged to celebrate an incredible 35 years of NHS service dedicated to our communities and primary care infrastructure.

Beginning her journey as a practice receptionist, her sharp leadership and capability were recognised early on, leading to a swift transition into the role of Practice Manager—a position she has held for the majority of her multi-decade career.  Her career footprint has spanned key primary care roles, prominently serving across both the North West London and Hertfordshire footprints. Today, she brings her wealth of experience to her current role as Practice Manager at the Consulting Rooms, South Oxhey.
