NWL ICS contact details
Useful contacts:
The NWL Integrated Care System (ICS) is one of 42 in England, bringing together NHS organisations, local authorities and community partners across eight North West London boroughs.
It plans and delivers joined-up health and care for residents by coordinating services and resources across the system.
When the ICS meets as the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP), it develops the North West London Integrated Care Strategy for the whole population.
This strategy puts patients first—aiming to improve outcomes, reduce inequalities and ensure fair access—and sets out how the NHS, the ICB and councils will work together.
The ICP also aligns ambitions, drives joint action on the wider determinants of health, and regularly reviews progress against the strategy and delivery plans.
