H&F Digital Network Training Opportunity Jan 2026

We are currently recruiting for access to the Digital Network annual licence, which offers a comprehensive framework to support staff in developing and delivering digital skills support to colleagues and patients.

Digital Network One Year Licence for Hammersmith & Fulham Practice Staff

Would you like to join? Open to all roles, recommended for Reception/Care Navigators, Link Workers

Start date: January

Time frame: One year

Sessions: At your own pace with quarterly deadlines for some module completion, and online check in meetings with us at the training hub to discuss and share progress.

What is it:

You will receive a log in for Digital Unite’s Digital Champions Network Platform, fully funded and fully supported by the H&F Training Hub:

  • Bite-sized (15-30 minute), flexible online learning modules, accessible anytime
  • Over 25 CPD-accredited e-learning courses, supported by curated resources, session plans, and training tips

Who should apply:

  • If you don’t feel confident answering patient questions and requests for digital support with emails, apps, internet access
  • If you would like to be able to help your patients with digital support like using their mobile apps, NHS App, getting free internet, making video calls, recognising scams; parental controls; getting started with AI
  • If you would like to learn more about Digital, access, usability
  • If you want to add skills and certification to your CV
  • If you work in a Reception/Admin/Care Navigator role or as a Link worker
  • For personal reasons and outside work you would like to be able to support people with digital access
