RECEPTIONIST/ADMINSTRATOR REQUIRED

Experienced Receptionist/Administrator? Looking for secure, part-time work?
We have a fantastic opportunity at a busy GP Practice in West London for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator. This role offers 30 hours per week with flexible shifts covering both mornings and afternoons.

12.45-6.45
12.30-6.45                  

Key responsibilities include answering phones, managing patient registrations, handling tasks and data workflow, processing online e-submissions, and performing various administrative duties in a busy reception environment.

A friendly and helpful manner is essential to provide excellent patient service.

Following attributes essential:

  • Rapid learner with the ability to quickly apply new knowledge and skills
  • Collaborative team player /ability to work independently when required
  • Ability to multi-task / work under pressure

Following skills essential:

  • Excellent telephone manner, with clear and professional communication at all times
  • Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all service users
  • IT literate, with proficiency in NHSmail, Microsoft Teams, and standard office software
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Well-organised and efficient, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Previous GP experience desirable but training will be given
