Applications for NWL Fellowships 2026/2027 – NOW OPEN

We are excited to say that applications for the North West London Fellowship Programme 2026/27 are now OPEN.

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring and established leaders working in General Practice across North West London to develop their leadership skills, contribute to local transformation priorities, and make a tangible impact on neighbourhood-based models of care.

The Fellowship provides one protected session per week (4 hours) for 12 months to undertake a project aligned to local borough and neighbourhood priorities. Fellows will be expected to complete a project plan, participate in programme learning events, and submit a final report and presentation outlining the impact of their work.

We are looking for enthusiastic, forward-thinking staff across NWL to undertake this fellowship.

Fellowships should be based on local borough needs but will also need to focus on improved implementation of neighbourhood based models of care. Your innovative project ideas should be discussed with local stakeholders to ensure viability and you will need to identify who will supervise your work.

Each borough can appoint up to three fellows in total. These posts can be filled by either registered healthcare professionals (excluding GPs) or non-clinical staff
