Multiprofessional Differential Attainment Toolkit
The Multiprofessional Differential Attainment toolkit was developed by the NHS England Professional Support Unit, in collaboration with the Workforce, Training & Education Directorate, and stakeholders from NHS Providers and Higher Education Institutions from across London.
The toolkit was derived from the Differential Attainment Toolkit for Doctors at the request and support of the Pan London Education Alliance, recognising this is illustrative of an issue that potentially impacts all healthcare professions.
The toolkit contains 5 chapters of resources for facilitators to use with clinical educators and supervisors from different healthcare professions. It can be delivered to groups of educators as a suite of resources or targeted at specific interventions. It is intended to stimulate discussion and support participants’ knowledge of differential attainment.
The resource can be accessed via the NHS Learning Hub at https://learninghub.nhs.uk/Resource/61992/Item If not already registered, you will need to create an account with the Learning Hub to access the resources. This can be done by following the prompts when you first access the link and will accept NHS or university email addresses, as well as an option to login using an open Athens account. I’d be grateful if you could promote this resource across your organisations.
