This elearning education programme is compliant with the ‘Frailty, A framework of core capabilities’ (2018). It is open to all healthcare staff working in NWL primary care.
Tier 1: This training is for all staff in primary care learning and useful for Reception & Link workers.
Tier 2a – This training is for AHPs, Unregistered healthcare staff band 2-5, Care Navigators, Pas, Nursing Associates, Band 5 Registered Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians
Tier 2b – This training is for AHPs, Unregistered healthcare staff band 2-5, Care Navigators, Pas, Nursing Associates, Band 5 Registered Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians
