C the Signs is a clinical decision support system that accelerates earlier and faster cancer detection. It allows easy access to urgent suspected cancer referral forms as well as the risk assessment tool to support with decision making for suspected cancer. It can automate safety-netting of cancer referrals and investigations as well as support practices and PCNs with their Cancer QOF, DES and IIF targets. We also have a new dedicated FIT dashboard to track, review and action all FIT requests and results.

C the Signs has been re-commissioned across Northwest London ICB and is now the recommended platform for all urgent suspected cancer referrals across the ICB.
