Clinical Pharmacist
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our Practice Team here at Elthorne Park Surgery, a friendly practice in West London. We are an enthusiastic team with 4 GP Partners, Salaried GP, Senior Nurse, HCA & Physician Associate, and are constantly looking at improving ways to provide better and more efficient patient care. We have a Prescribing service which manages day to day prescribing and we have an excellent Clinical Pharmacist team who work within the PCN to support all 5 practices. We are looking for an additional senior pharmacist support to support the GP Partners independently of the PCN clinical pharmacy team.
The candidate will need to be an accredited independent prescriber and CPPE qualified. Ideal candidate will be competent with chronic disease management and complex medication reviews to help support the partners with QOF and Enhanced Service targets
We work from excellent purpose built premises in Hanwell, a pleasant leafy suburb of London.
Salary negotiable, dependant on experience.
