Integration of clinical pathways into EPR – Heart Failure & Acute Coronary Syndrome

The Cardiac Transformation team has been working with NHS England’s Workflow and Digital Blueprinting team to explore ways to embed clinical pathways into electronic patient record system (EPRs) to improve workflow and quality of care. 

The team focussed on the Heart Failure Pathway and the Acute Coronary Syndrome Pathway to develop a workflow based on the clinical pathway to embed into an EPR in a vendor agnostic way.

This webinar will share the progress to date piloting these workflows and the resources that will be available to support providers in embedding these workflows in their EPR systems .
