Barriers to Leadership thank you to all staff

Preliminary reports detailing the system-wide analysis of the barriers to career progression faced by black and minority ethnic staff members have been published on Collabor8 for all staff to access.

As well as the analysis, the reports give ideas around the practical implementation of the “zero tolerance” policy towards discrimination and we are keen to build on this understanding within the ICS.

More than 250 staff entrusted the project with their personal accounts and experiences. Their detailed accounts can be found throughout the reports.

Rob Hurd and Linda Jackson, the co-chairs of the NW London Race Equality Steering Group, have issued this short video thanking staff for their support and involvement in the Barriers to Leadership project.
