Aim of the Forum
Build a collaborative group to inform and improve the quality and safety of prescribing across the Ealing Borough. Develop and strengthen relationships between the pharmacy workforce in different organisations within Ealing Borough, enabling peer support, sharing of information, linking with other local health partners within Ealing. Identify areas of variation in quality and safety of prescribing, allowing the group to work together to address variation throughout Ealing. To support with training and education with respect to medicines optimisation and the medicines management of the PCN workload and targets.
Please do take advantage of this opportunity to meet your colleagues from across the borough and share your experiences of working in Ealing as Pharmacists & Pharmacist Technicians. We aim to create an environment of trust so we can have open honest conversations and look at how we can better support you all moving forward. We hope this will be the beginning of many future Pharmacy Forums, building a stronger, inclusive & supported Pharmacist Community in Ealing.
