  • Understood what telephone triage is and what it is not.
  • How the process works.
  • Listened to patient and staff experiences.
  • Experience telephone triage.
  • Be familiar with the benefits of telephone triage
  • Teams/Zoom link will be sent a day before the event via email and a calendar invite
  • Cost for non-attenders will be £50.00
  • Please log in 10 minutes prior to session for a prompt start,
  • Please ensure you have access to a Web Cam and Mic as this is an interactive ‘Camera’s On’ Training
