Aim of Session: To develop confidence in managing triage
The learning outcomes from this training are:
- Understood what telephone triage is and what it is not.
- How the process works.
- Listened to patient and staff experiences.
- Experience telephone triage.
- Be familiar with the benefits of telephone triage
- Teams/Zoom link will be sent a day before the event via email and a calendar invite
- Cost for non-attenders will be £50.00
- Please log in 10 minutes prior to session for a prompt start,
- Please ensure you have access to a Web Cam and Mic as this is an interactive ‘Camera’s On’ Training
