Facilitators needed for NWL Health and Wellbeing Practice Temperature Check sessions
The Facilitator will support the Hillingdon Training Hub team to deliver health and wellbeing practice temperature sessions to GP practices in NWL. Responsibilities include adapting the facilitation approach to reflect the needs and outcomes of the practice team, facilitating group discussions, responding to queries, providing an action plan to the practice at the end of each session as well as providing feedback and support. The role also covers evaluating the effectiveness of the sessions and recommending improvements, by gathering practice feedback.
The individuals should be skilled at creating an engaging learning environment, managing diverse stakeholders and communicating to build trust and confidence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review Survey Monkey responses from the practice team and analyse the data to identify the key themes for discussion at the wellbeing session
- Attend to practice enquiries
- Facilitate discussions within the practice team
- Engage staff to understand business objectives where appropriate
- Encourage an environment of trust, honesty and openness with the team
- Analyse effectiveness of the sessions and materials
- Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback
- Report potential improvement areas
- Attend ad hoc meetings as and when required
- Be able to travel to practice sites across NWL
- Cover for other facilitators when necessary
- Ensuring confidentiality is adhered to and professionalism is maintained and carried out at all times during and after events
- Other ad hoc work relating to the Health and Well Being sessions as requested by the Hillingdon Training Hub

Hours will be flexible and not guaranteed every week, pay will be based on experience.
