ICHP CVD Education Series – Hypertension in Primary Care

This interactive session will provide a comprehensive overview of hypertension, its importance in clinical practice, including reflection on patient experience. Explore the NWL vision for management and examine the role of diversity and deprivation. Explore the role of community pharmacies in hypertension case-finding and management and learn how MyHealthLondon supports hypertension care through digital tools and resources.

Additionally, there will be breakout rooms to promote discussion on the NWL pictures, based upon attendee’s experience! A functioning camera and microphone are essential for participation.
