North West London Evaluation Toolkit launch

The North West London Consortium is inviting colleagues in health, care, research and innovation across NW London to the launch webinar for the North West London Evaluation Toolkit, a new resource designed to support a system-wide approach to evaluation. If evaluation forms part of your role, we would encourage you to attend this webinar – it may be of particular interest to colleagues in quality improvement, transformation, evaluation, and innovation, as well as Project/Programme Managers or healthcare staff in training.

During this webinar, chaired by Professor Bob Klaber, Director of Strategy, Research and Evaluation at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, and Matthew Chisambi, Director at Imperial College Health Partners, the Consortium will introduce the toolkit, demonstrate how it can be used in practice, and discuss how a joined-up approach to evaluation can enhance healthcare across NW London. You’ll also hear from speakers across organisations in NW London on how evaluation is ensuring services, interventions and solutions have the greatest impact. Speakers will be confirmed shortly.

Effective evaluation is essential to improving patient care, reducing health inequalities, and making informed, data-driven decisions.

The NW London Evaluation Toolkit has been developed collaboratively across the system to support teams:

  • Measure impact consistently across services and sectors
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive innovation
  • Ensure equitable, patient-centered care across the system
  • Share best practices and learn from real-world examples
