Nursing Associate Programme Available
Criteria
- Functional Skills L2/GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent. If you do not have this then contact us and we can help get you on a course for this first
- Support from your manager to do this appreticeship and all training involved
- Understanding of the commitment – 1 or 2 days per week at university and two 4/5 week placements each year on programme.
- A contract for a minimum of 30 hours per week that runs for the duration of the course, at your practice
Duration
2 years with either 1 or 2 days a week in university. Courses vary depending on the university – attendance hours add up to the same at the end of the course.
Funding
Your GP practices will recieve course fees paid for by a levy transfer from a trust facilitated by the Training Hub:£4,000 per year per TNA for the practice/PCN.
