NWL Big Case Find
Following the success of last year’s NW London Big Case Find, Imperial College Health Partners (ICHP) and NW London Integrated Care Board are delighted to be running this initiative again in May 2024.Currently, 207,729 NW London adult residents are suspected to have undiagnosed hypertension (source: WSIC). The NW London Big Case Find aims to decrease this detection gap. The campaign will provide a one-off grant to 20 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to support blood pressure check events during May 2024.
The Big Case Find supports the existing 2024/ 25 primary care enhance service specification, with Primary Care Networks (PCNs)/ GPs identifying at risk groups and improved control for existing patients with hypertension.
Interested PCNs are invited to join the initiative and contribute to its success by submitting and expression of interest to ICHP: [email protected]

- When: 13-19 of May (inclusive)
- Where: NW London PCNs
- How: £750 provided to successful sites which can be used to backfill staffing roles and/or for engagement tools
