Polypharmacy Action Learning Set Foundation Course

ICHP are pleased to announce the launch of the Polypharmacy Action Learning Set Foundation (ALSF). This is a pilot educational opportunity for primary care clinicians not yet eligible for the Polypharmacy ALS. These may include clinicians who are not yet a prescriber or prescriber for less than one year. The course content has been developed and will be delivered by Health Innovation Wessex. Cohort One is set to run on the 11^th and 25^th June 9.30am to 12pm.
