Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment (SSSA) Training Information for 2023-2024
SSSA Training, 2 day online course
Complete Course for participants who have not undertaken any prior learning to become a practice Assessor.
This training will equip your nurse with the fundamentals of teaching and supporting learners in practice. This will enhance the nurse’s knowledge and will be a step towards becoming a nurse educator.
This course has been rebuilt from the ground up, using the 2019 NMC’s Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment. The course has been re-designed to be more engaging and interactive.
Delegates must attend both days to successfully finalise training
This is a course for GPNs who have not completed any mentorship qualifications (e.g. ENB 998) in the past, and who are interested in supporting learners in practice.
