The launch of the Fasterclass: Simulated Workforce Planning Pilot – September

NHS England London team are launching a brand new 3-day interactive course on the 6 steps of workforce planning, in response to feedback received indicating that stakeholders would value a condensed version of our Integrated Workforce Planning Masterclass.    

This is simulated workforce planning where participants will work through a scenario over the 3 days allowing them to practically apply workforce planning tools and techniques. The course is available for colleagues from the same organisation or working within the same ICS service area, as it will enable participants to apply their shared learning together back at their organisation/service area and provides dedicated time to work as a team and develop relationships.
