The H&F Training Hub invite all ARRS Staff, Clinical Leads and Practice/PCN Managers across Hammersmith & Fulham PCNs to join us at this Peer Led Learning and Development event.
We aim to deliver a collaboration where practitioners learn from and support each other through shared experiences, insights, and expertise. Joined by GP Chad Hockey and Chelsea Foundation Projects, you will learn more of what’s happening across the borough; and how peer support, the ‘voice’ of people with lived experience, can shape and influence how health and care services are developed and delivered.
We encourage all ARRS staff to attend and welcome all managers to join us at the iconic Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea. A light lunch will be served before hand and introductions & presentations will commence from 13:00.
