Trans Health Training Package offer

Healthcare Central London’s ‘Supporting Trans Health in Primary Care’ training is designed to help staff better understand and manage their trans and non-binary patients. As you know Trans health is increasingly a priority for the RCGP and CQC. This training is a great opportunity to show your commitment to these patients.

The sessions are led by Joanna Lovett, a SPIN fellow for Central London on Transhealth and salaried GP working in Central London practice, with collaboration from Dr Tara Suchak,Service Director for TransPlus Clinic at 56 Dean Street and HIV/GUM Consultant. Within the packages you can opt for virtual or face-to-face learning, covering topics that include:

  • An introduction to Gender identity​
  • An overview of the current gender identity services for adults in England​
  • Legal framework​
  • Overview of treatment and prescribing ​
